(ABC 6 NEWS) -- As the weather cools and we get closer to winter, a lot of us may feel less motivated to workout. We'd rather curl up in a blanket with a bowl of soup, than go for a run. But its important to get in your daily exercise.
Tedd Maxfield of the YMCA of Austin stopped by on ABC 6 News Good Morning Tuesday to share some tips on how adults and kids can stay motivated.
