Authorities in Waseca County say the body of a 17-year-old Waterville boy has been recovered from Lake Elysian after the duck boat he was in with four others capsized.

A call came in just after 6 a.m. Saturday about people in the water after their duck boat capsized about 200 yards from shore. Other duck hunters on the lake were able to pull four of the five from the water and take them to shore.

Emergency crews from several agencies responded to search for the missing hunter.

The sheriff's office says the body of Brady Hruska was pulled from the water around 2 p.m.

Hruska was a member of the Waterville-Elysian-Morristown High School football team and was scheduled to play in a playoff game Saturday evening.
