(ABC 6 News ) -- We continue to follow a shooting over the weekend injuring five people -- leaving two in critical condition and authorities say those involved are staying tight lipped.

The victims were at a hip hop event in Lansing -- just north of Austin -- when the shooting took place.

The shooting happened early Sunday, just shortly after midnight, at the old Lansing Corners Supper Club.

Authorities say at least two handguns were used. All five victims -- ranging in age from 17 to 23 were taken to Saint Marys hospital in Rochester.

Two are in critical condition including a 19-year-old male from Rochester who was shot twice in the chest and once in the right thigh. The other is a 21-year-old male from Sioux Falls, South Dakota who was shot in the chest.

Three suffered non-life-threatening injuries including a 23-year-old woman of Austin who suffered two gun shots to the stomach and one to the left hand, a 17-year-old male from Austin who was shot in the right foot, and a 17-year-old male from Sioux Falls, who was shot in the back right calf.

"Several victims are not cooperating. Witnesses at the scene say they did not see anything so that's very frustrating when trying to put those responsible in custody," says Mower County Sheriff Terese Amazi.

Currently no arrests have been made. More information is expected to be released Tuesday.
