A malicious virus email claiming to be from the US Postal Service is attacking computers across the state.
The email says there's been an attempted package delivery, by clicking on the link it installs a virus that can steal personal information. Computer security experts says the bogus email is extremely dangerous. Experts say to protect yourself don't click on links in emails and do not open email attachments especially if they end in exe or zip.
The Postal Service tells us unless you sign up to track a package, they never send out emails about deliveries.
