(ABC 6 News) - Quick thinking by an Olmsted County Sheriff’s Deputy helped save the life of an Eyota man Thursday morning.
Deputy Dave Clark was responding to a call of chest pains at an Eyota home. While Clark was there, the man with the chest pains went into cardiac arrest.
Clark quickly started CPR and used a defibrillator from his squad car to save the 80-year-old's life. By the time paramedics arrived the man was awake and able to answer questions.
Clark has served with the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Department for more than 7 years.
