(ABC 6 NEWS) -- A man with ties to a number of community organizations in Rochester, including those involving children, has been charged with criminal sexual conduct involving a child.
38-year-old Frederick Douglas is charged in Olmsted County District Court with two felony counts of criminal sexual conduct. He's accused of exposing himself to a 13-year-old girl and touching her sexually.
Douglas is currently on the board of directors for Child Care Resource & Referral in Rochester. He's also worked with the Diversity Council, the local chapter of the NAACP, and according to an on-line bio he has volunteered with Rochester Public Schools.
Douglas was in the news earlier this year when police say he was stabbed during an argument with his brother. He's set to be back in court on the child sex abuse charges January 10th.
