CHICAGO (AP) - The president of the World Anti-Doping Agency says Lance Armstrong's defense that he doped to create "a level playing field" is "a convenient way of justifying what he did - a fraud."
The cyclist who was stripped of his seven Tour de France wins admitted to Oprah Winfrey in an interview broadcast Thursday night that he was the ringleader of an elaborate doping scheme.
