MADISON, Wis. (AP) - Folks from the Midwest through the eastern half of the U.S. can expect continued cold temperatures into the weekend.
But the National Weather Service says temperatures are a little warmer than they've been the past three days.
Embarrass, Minn., which was 36 below on Monday, warmed up to 15 below overnight.
