Fatal Rochester Fire Victim Identified

(ABC 6 News) Rochester Police have identified the victim who died in a fire early Tuesday morning. They say Catherine Graham, 59 of Rochester, died in her apartment after a fire broke out around 4 a.m.  

As we've reported, the apartment was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived. But they were able to rescue two neighbors with a ladder. A third lowered himself to safety. 

Authorities say Graham was well liked by everyone in her building.
