Dayton Defends Controversial Sales Tax Proposal

Governor Dayton is prepared to fight hard for his $38 billion budget plan that includes a lower sales tax rate, but a wide expansion of services that will be subject to the sales tax.  

The governor will appear on "At Issue" Sunday morning at 10 a.m. to discuss the budget proposal.  Here's a preview of that interview.
