Rosa Parks Postage Stamps

( ABC 6 NEWS)--Starting tomorrow, a Civil Rights activist will appear on the "Forever" postage stamp.  It's coming out in honor of Parks' 100th birthday.  The stamp is the second in a series of three Civil Rights stamps to be issued this year.
