(ABC 6 News) -- The blizzard hitting the northeast part of the country is coming just months after hurricane Sandy rocked the area in October and many of those victims are still recovering.
To help, The Mower County Senior Center, along with Primrose Retirement Community, came together for a spaghetti dinner and silent auction to raise some money.
"So many times you hear about this and then its just forgotten about and they really got hit hard out there and we just thought it would be a good cause," said Laura Pyburn of the Primrose retirement community.
If you couldn't make it to the dinner tonight, but still want to help out, just contact the Mower County Senior Center.
