Mason City Man Arrested After Allegedly Assaulting Woman and Fleeing with Baby

( ABC 6)-- A 24 year old Mason City man has been charged with two felonies and four misdemeanors after allegedly assaulting a woman, and fleeing with a baby.  It happened around 1:30 AM this morning.  Police responded to a report of an assault.  When they got there, they found out the suspect, Aaron Hermen fled the scene with a 19 month old baby.  Police were able to find Herman and arrest him.  The baby was found at a relative's home with no injuries.
