PARKERS PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) - The pilot of a small plane has died in a crash in western Minnesota.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office says it got a call about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday that a plane had gone down north of Parkers Prairie. A man who lives along county Highway 40 heard the crash and found the damaged single-engine plane on his property.
KBRF reports the pilot was alone in the plane and did not survive the crash.
The National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration are investigating.
