Corrugated Cardboard Contest Creations

(ABC 6 NEWS) - The folks at Minnesota Corrugated Box in Albert Lea gave the morning team a chance to "think outside the box" in a cardboard creation contest.

It's part of a contest, being offered by the company, to get creative, and win up to $1,000. There are several other, smaller, cash prizes as well.

Judging will be based on a overall design, creativity, and use of materials.

ALL entries must be entered by May 1, 2013.

$ 1,000 - 1 winner

$ 250 - 1 winner

$ 100 - 3 winners

$ 50 - 10 winners

 

Rules of the game

-Must be built with corrugated cardboard.

- It has to be a structure (Sorry, you can’t just do a painting on corrugated cardboard.)

- You can use glitter, yarn, or whatever other materials you want to make your structure look outstanding, but make sure your art is mostly corrugated cardboard. No paint please.

- You must have your entry in by May 1, 2013

-Winners will be announced May 15, 2013
