(ABC 6 NEWS) -- For a second straight day, poor driving conditions in the southern part of Minnesota continue.
The snow stopped falling by late Monday morning, but a persistent wind continued overnight. That created blowing and drifting snow, and icy road conditions.
After more than 100 crashes on Monday, the Minnesota State Patrol continues to respond to dozens more.
So far Tuesday, 52 vehicles went off the road, 25 were involved in crashes, and one person was injured.
We also know a state trooper sustained minor injuries after his vehicle was hit.
MnDOT says portions of I-35, I-90 and Highway 52 remain very icy. They urge caution when driving on those roads.
