(ABC 6 NEWS) -- A Mower County family will be in court Monday, fighting to gain full medical custody of their child born with HIV. Last month we introduced you to Rico Nagel Martinez.
He was born in December and tested positive for HIV, which he contracted from his mother.
She's tested positive for it when she was a baby.
Mower County took custody of Rico because they feared the family would discontinue his medications.
Rico is home with his family, but they're now fighting to end supervisions from the county.
