Expect major delays on Interstate 94 for the next three months.

A seven-and-a-half mile stretch from Clearwater to St. Cloud will be reduced to one lane in each direction, 24 hours a day for resurfacing work.

MnDOT says back-ups will range from 5 to 20 miles and could add three hours to your drive.

The longest waits will come Friday afternoons and Sundays after 11 a.m.

"For us, we can hang in the car and deal with traffic, but with two little kids, they say I have to go to the bathroom, I'm hungry, it makes it very hard," says Anne Brown who owns a cabin in Motley.

MnDOT says crews won't be working Memorial Day weekend or over the July 4 holiday weekend.
