(ABC 6 NEWS)--The search for a new United Way of Olmsted County president and chief executive officer is expected to conclude by the end of June, according to search committee co-chairs Joanne Rosener and Randy Chapman.
The committee recently completed interviews of over fifty community leaders and stakeholders to determine the competencies, traits, and experience necessary for the position.
The new president and chief executive will work closely with the over 100 community volunteers who are involved in United Way governance, community impact strategy, and campaign leadership in Olmsted County.
The 2012 LIVE UNITED campaign raised $4.1 million in donations and other revenue to support 48 programs across dozens of agencies and partnerships working to make a difference in to prepare children to succeed in school and youth to succeed in the community; to move working families toward financial stability; to improve the health of our community; and, to meet basic needs of food, shelter, safety and inclusivity.
