Go Clean, a carpet cleaning company in St. Louis Park, is accused of double billing some of its customers.
One former customer says she paid the company to clean her carpet last July. Nine months later she says her credit card was billed again.
By phone, the company owner tells 5 Eyewitness News between 50-80 customers were inaccurately billed.
The owner blames the mistake on a minor credit card processing error and says it was not intentional.
He says he has already made dozens of refunds and says any customers with outstanding complaints will be made whole in the next couple of months.
