(ABC 6 News) -- A former mayor and deputy in Dodge County was in court Wednesday on meth charges.
Luke Nash was sentenced to five years probation and ordered to pay a $100 fine. He'd previously plead guilty to fifth degree felony drug possession.
Back in March, Nash was arrested after he purchased 1.7 grams of meth from an under cover police informant in Kasson.
You may remember, in 2011 while he was mayor of Mantorville, Nash crashed his car while driving drunk. In that case he plead guilty to two counts of DWI and was also given probation.
