A plan for a $400 million office and condo development next to the new Vikings stadium will take another step forward.
The Minneapolis City Council unanimously voted to begin negotiations with developer Ryan Companies. The plan includes a downtown park called The Yard, but the company’s current plan comes with plenty of questions. It includes a parking ramp, land, and development of two parks, all of which will be paid for by the city.

The Sports Facilities Authority says it has started negotiating with Aramark to make the company its concessionaire. The Philadelphia-based company already works at the Dome, TCF Bank Stadium and many schools.
