(ABC 6 News) - Nearly $200,000 dollars worth of synthetic drugs were recovered Monday morning in St. Charles and Dover.
According to Olmsted County Sheriff's Department, 586 grams of the synthetic drug known as “plant food” was found in St. Charles, along with several fire arms.
In Dover, deputies found another $3,000 dollars worth of the drugs as well as additional firearms.
Sgt. Tom Claymon says both busts are related. He says one of the searches took place at a business while the other was at a residence.
Authorities have not yet released the names of the people arrested, but charges are expected to be filed in Winona County.
The narcotics bust was made thanks to the combined effort of the Olmsted County and Winona County Sheriff’s Departments.
