(ABC 6 NEWS) -- The company who owned and operated the Mercy helicopter that crashed in January, is denying all wrongdoing.
As we've reported, the family of shelly Lair-Langenbau is suing Med-Trans for wrongful death in the January crash near Ventura.
In it, they claim the company has a "go at all costs" culture, which lead to that crash, killing all three on board.
Med-Trans responded by denying every claim and asking for a dismissal. If not, the company wants a jury trial.
The Langenbau family is seeking damages in excess of $75,000.
