(ABC 6 News) -- We've learned an Austin man with a criminal history faces new charges.
67-year-old Loren Bellrichard was charged with three counts of felony stalking a 16-year-old girl.
Investigators say Bellrichard started sending notes and letters to the girl back in April. He was reportedly warned to have no further contact with the victim. However, Austin Police say last week, he left the girl a bicycle, a softball glove and a bat.
Bellrichard is no stranger to law enforcment. As we reported, he served time in prison more than 20 years ago after a jury found him guilty of sending threatening letters to local officials and residents.
Around the same time, Bellrichard was acquitted on charges of bombing an Austin judges' home.
He's currently in the Mower County Jail for these latest charges.
