(ABC 6 NEWS) -- A local woman is suing her former employer claiming she was fired after posing for Playboy Magazine.Jessica Zelinske appeared in a 2011 issue. At the time, she was living in Kasson and working for Charter Communications.
Zelinske claims she was assured by her boss that she would "not" loose her job if she posed for the magazine, but was let go shortly afterwards.
A Charter spokesman tells ABC 6 News, "We cannot comment on pending litigation and that the company denies any wrong doing."
The lawsuit, which is seeking more than 100-thousand dollars, was moved from Dodge County to Federal Court in Minneapolis Monday.
