(ABC 6 News) -- Police are investigating two reports of indecent exposure twenty minutes a part in Rochester. Both times -- women were victims.

According to police, a woman was jogging around Silver Lake Wednesday morning when she saw a man masturbating by some bushes.

The first report came in at 8:20 am. ABC 6 spoke with a couple women who jog and roller blade around the lake, one of them says she jogs every day and says news of this is concerning.

"Very unexpectant and very scary, its not something that I would ever expect to see," says Linnea Seiver.

"Especially being a female and being petite you know, its scarier," says Mata Hasee.

Police says a second report came in 20 minutes later, with the second sighting on the 400 block of 2nd Avenue SW.

A woman walking home noticed a car following her and pull into a nearby parking lot. When the women walked by the car, she says a man was masturbating in the driver's seat. The woman kept walking, and as the vehicle approached her again this time she says the man asked her if she wanted to have intercourse.

Police are looking for a white male in his late 20's about 5' 8" with brown hair. The vehicle he was driving is described as a light blue, 4 door, older model car.
