(ABC 6 News) -- It was a very fun day for families in Rochester, as the Minnesota Children's Museum recognized all of the "super" families in the area. It was for the Super Hero Scramble. It's exactly what it sounds like. Museum workers created an obstacle course outside with different levels for all ages.
They were also looking for the best super hero costumes.
The weather Saturday wasn't the best, but for the heroes, there was nothing holding them back.
"They're excited to run the obstacle course so it's good it's combining education and getting them some physical activity on the weekend as well."
Betsy Singer was a super hero as well Saturday. The kids took her through a course that was 3/4 of a mile long, which included ramps, hoops and noodles.
Organizers hope to raise around $2,000 for the Children's Museum of Rochester.
