(ABC 6 NEWS) -- It's a five year old murder case that is now red hot.

Beau Zabel, 23, moved out to Philadelphia to become a math teacher IN 2008.  It was only six weeks later he was shot in the back of the head and killed.

Now five years later, a report by the Philadelphia Inquirer quoted a police captain as saying "An arrest is imminent".

Investigators are looking at Marcellus Anthony Jones as his killer.

We reported last summer that Jones was identified as a possible suspect.

The newspaper reports investigators have received information from Jones' family that could tie him to Zabel's death.

Tonight on ABC 6 News at 10, we'll hear from member's of Zabel's family about what it means to finally have closure in this case.
