(ABC 6 News) -- It's day two of trial for an Elkton man charged with vehicular homicide, in a crash that killed two people back in February of 2012.
Jason Fredrickson is charged with driving drunk at over 120 miles per hour when he allegedly crashed, killing his two passengers.
Friday a DNA analyst with the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension talked at length about DNA samples that were taken from inside the vehicle.
Attorneys on both sides asked detailed questions about where individual samples were taken, possibly trying to establish where everyone was inside the vehicle including who was driving.
As we reported 32-year-old Jacob Moe and 32-year-old Luke Unverzagt, both from Austin, were killed after being thrown from the vehicle.
The trial will resume on Monday.
