(ABC 6 News) – In just Rochester alone there were 51 weather related crashes reported, most of them minor.

MN/DOT did report that a couple of plows were hit over the weekend, and stressed the need for caution while driving.

On Saturday morning, a semi-truck jackknifed near the Rochester International Airport and went into the ditch. The driver of the truck faced minor injuries.

Then on Sunday afternoon, a car went into the water near the 5500 Block of West River Road in Rochester. Everyone was out of the vehicle when crews arrived. They did have to put on water gear and were able to tow the car out safely. No injuries were reported there.

About 20 minutes later was a rollover at the 4000 block of South Broadway. There, a Ford Explorer landed upside down and crews had to remove the door to free the driver. He was sent to Mayo Clinic Hospital.
