(ABC 6 News) -- ABC 6 has learned the warden of the Federal Medical Center Prison in Rochester was arrested for drunk driving.
According to court records, Brian Jett was arrested on New Year's Eve for suspicion of drunk driving and having a blood alcohol limit of .08 within two hours of driving.
The first charge was dismissed, and he plead guilty to the second. Jett was sentenced to a year of probation and a $400 fine.
