WASHINGTON (AP) -House Speaker John Boehner is encouraging colleagues to vote tomorrow in favor of a five-year farm bill that would renew federal land payments for Western states, boost money for crop insurance and ease cuts to the food stamp program.
The full House rejected a farm bill in June after conservative Republicans said cuts to food stamps weren't big enough.
