(ABC 6 NEWS) -- A Grand Jury has returned a "no bill" in the officer involved shooting death of 27-year-old Michael Tray. That means no charges will be filed because jurors found police did not commit a criminal act.

As we've reported, back on October 23, Tray was at an apartment building in Minnetonka visiting his girlfriend when police say they found him with a gun and confronted him in an underground parking garage. That's when tray was shot by two officers.

Authorities have released very few details as to what prompted the shooting. The department says neither officer has had any citizen complaints or disciplinary action.

Tray did not have a criminal record. Friends and family have repeatedly said he wasn't a violent person.
