(ABC 6 NEWS) -- Votes are expected Friday on a medical marijuana bill. This after Minnesota lawmakers reached an agreement.
Lawmakers say it will improve care and quality of life for thousands of Minnesotans.
The law would allow the drug to be used in pill, oil, and vapor forms for illnesses like cancer, epilepsy, HIV/AIDS and glaucoma.
This version is something Governor Dayton says he would sign.
If this bill passes, Minnesota would be the 22nd state to legalize some form of medical marijuana.
