New Immunization Laws for Students

(ABC 6 NEWS) -- A new Minnesota state law says no shots, no school.

New this year, 7th graders are required to get the Tdap and meningitis vaccine.

Individual school districts can decide if they want kindergarten through 12th grade to follow the same rules.

For Rochester public schools, shot records need to be turned in to registration and records by August 15th for kids to attend classes.
