The University of New Mexico football team announced their television schedule for the 2012 season. 11 of the 13 games will be broadcast on t.v.
The only game that will not be seen is the season opener on September 1 against Southern. The September 6 home game against Texas State will be video streamed on the internet.

Sept.8 at Texas (Longhorn network)
Sept.15 at Texas Tech (Fox College Sports)
Sept.22 at NMSU (AggieVision)
Sept.29 vs Boise State (Comcast)
Oct. 6 vs Texas State (video streaming)
Oct. 13 at Hawaii (Root)
Oct.20 at Air Force (Root)
Oct.27 vs Fresno State (Comcast)
Nov.3 at UNLV (Comcast)
Nov.10 vs Wyoming (Comcast)
Nov.17 vs Nevada (Comcast)
Nov.24 at Colorado State (Root)
Games on Comcast are available in the following cities throughout New Mexico: Albuquerque, channel 77, Farmington 9, Gallup 31, Las Cruces 4, Las Vegas 23, Los Alamos 10, Santa Fe 21, Silver City 66, Taos 28 and Tucumcari 47.
The Oct. 27 game vs. Fresno State and the Nov. 3 game at UNLV also will be available on Time Warner Cable SportsNet, which is scheduled to launch in October.
Games on Root can be seen in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Southern Idaho, northern New Mexico, western Kansas, western Nebraska, western South Dakota, northeastern Nevada, and nationwide via DirecTV (channel 683 SD/HD) and Dish Network (channel 414 SD or channel 541HD).
UNM head coach Bob Davie said the national t.v. coverage will come after the wins. "When we're good enough that people want to watch us, they'll find a way to get us on television," said Davie. "So our first thing is to put a product out there that people want to watch."
