It was just couple months ago that we told you about award winning photojournalist Linda Solomon's "Pictures of Hope" tour.

She returned Friday to promote the local photos that were chosen and to spread a little hope.

"Everything that you photograph will be your hopes and dreams," she told children living at the Barrett House back in September.  "So your camera will have your dreams."

She gave cameras and quickie photo lesson to the homeless children staying there.

The pictures that were chosen to be Christmas cards were debuted Friday.

The children even took some more pictures. This time with Santa Claus.

"It shows how much their pictures of hope are respected. It shows how much the children are admired for expressing their hopes and dreams and now everyone can buy the holiday cards." Solomon said.

Between now and Christmas, select Chevrolet dealers like Galles in Albuquerque will be selling the "Picture's of Hope" Christmas cards. The Galles Family is a longtime supporter of the Barrett House according to Cori Galles. She said they share the kids wishes.

"They hope to have a home, they hope to have shoes," Galles said. "Children are so innocent and they don't lie and so these pictures really show what's in the kids hearts and what they really hope and dream for."
