We’ve a lot of people call into our newsroom Monday regarding problems with the state’s new unemployment system.
KOB Eyewitness News 4 has a crew working on the story – but for now, here’s what we know.
The Department of Workforce Solution launched a new claims system Sunday.
The department’s website directs people to call a 1-800 number if they have problems.
But people we’ve talked to say they’ve done that – and haven’t been able to reach anyone.
