RATON, N.M. (AP) - Winter weather is producing difficult driving conditions on some highways in northern New Mexico.

The state Department of Transportation says 26-mile stretch of Interstate 25 south of Raton Pass has several inches of snow and is icy in spots.

Raton schools are on a 2-hour delay.

Other highways with difficult driving conditions include sections of U.S. 64 east and west of I-25 and Raton.
