University of New Mexico men’s basketball player Tony Snell has decided to forego his senior season with the Lobos and will make himself eligible for this season’s NBA Draft.
In a statement sent to KOB Eyewitness News 4, Coach Steve Alford confirmed Snell’s decision. “Tony has decided to test the interest of the NBA. We are helping to gather that information. He has until April 16 to make his decision,” Alford said.
Snell has not hired an agent as of yet.
