Wind advisories and high wind warnings across the state raise are raising the possibility of fire throughout New Mexico on Monday.
This comes after two fires scorched the bosque over the weekend. Saturday afternoon blazes hit two acres of bosque land Albuquerque; that night, flames hit the bosque near Velarde.
Monday there are wind advisories and high wind warnings until between 10 p.m. and midnight, causing a fire weather warning until around 8 p.m.
People are urged to use caution anywhere near a fire danger zone.
