UNM football players give kids first hand look at being a Lobo

Lobo football players gave a group of lucky kids a first hand look of what goes on behind the scenes of the field on Saturday.

The kids got to take a look at the locker room, do field drills with the players and watch the Lobos practice.

Parents who talked to KOB Eyewitness News 4 were very excited about the opportunity for their children.

“I've never experienced anything like this as far as out there on the west coast so I like    it. I think it's very influential for the kids, “said parent Kabana Decker.
