Search underway for 2 endangered missing men

One of the three men reported missing by New Mexico State Police has been found, but the search continues for the other two.

James Jaramillo, 26,  and William Buchanan, 75, are reported missing and suffer from mental disorders.

Update: Avon Flaniken

The wife of Avon Flaniken reports he has been found safe in Farmington. She said he got caught in a rain storm near Durango and had a flat tire. He is now home safe and sound.

James Jaramillo

Jaramillo was last seen Monday in Ruidoso Downs. Police say he hasn't taken his medication for bipolar disorder, as well as his daily insulin injections. He has shown signs of depression and aggressive behavior in the past, according to the report.

Police describe Jaramillo as a white male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5'10" tall and weighs around 145 pounds.

William Buchanan

Buchanan was last seen Tuesday at Casa Arena Blanca Nursing Center in Alamogordo. He was wearing tan pants and a plaid shirt. Police say Buchanan has a history of Alzheimer's disease.
