The University of New Mexico's Sigma Alpha Epsilon comes in at number three on Rolling Stone magazine's list of top 10 out-of-control fraternities.

Last spring, UNM kicked out the fraternity. University officials said they've had a culture of bad behavior.

There were too many incidents involving alcohol and there were allegations of rape by a fraternity member.

The Rolling Stone article brought up incidents of fraternity members hazing and damaging property.

UNM officials told KOB Eyewitness News 4 that SAE can't return to the school for at least four years.
