CLAYTON, N.M. -- A TV crew survived a harrowing helicopter crash caught on camera near Clayton last week.

The crew was part of a new hunting show called "Double Lung Outdoors." On the show's Facebook page, they said the pilot's quick thinking saved their lives.

On Aug. 27, the chopper got caught in high wind and couldn't land because of electrical lines nearby. The pilot was able to bring the chopper down, resting the aircraft on its side. While the helicopter was badly damaged, all passengers were able to escape with only minor injuries.

The crew members have since been treated and released from the hospital. According to their Facebook page, they're back on the road to shoot for the show.

"We Thank God for everyone walking away from this unfortunate accident and pray for a quick recovery for all," show executives wrote on the page.
