New Mexico will be the first stop for U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan as he tours parts of the country to talk about ways to improve education.
It's part of his annual back-to-school bus tour and it kicks off in Santa Fe Monday morning.
Duncan will also visit Albuquerque and Socorro on Monday before heading to Texas on Tuesday.
Duncan will talk about preschool and the importance of early-learning, as well as college affordability.
The tour will take him throughout the southwest and the west coast and will end Friday in the San Diego-area.
This is the fourth time Duncan has done a tour like this.
