You might consider it a second lease on life or a stroke of luck: when a cattle transport was involved in an incident near Atlanta, one of the passengers escaped and started to live the wild life. Except that "the wild life" was actually not so wild -- this bull hangs out by the I-75 and I-675 intersection, which isn't exactly prime cattle territory.
"Kevin," as he's been dubbed, is apparently finding enough forage to keep himself fed, but officials are starting to wonder what to do with him. For one thing, there are some humane concerns, but for another, he's distracting drivers and there's a risk he could cause an accident. Some have suggested tranquilizing and moving him, while others favor more permanent and gruesome solutions.
Kevin isn't the first bovine to get a taste of freedom; cows are more wily than you think! Here's hoping he can be safely relocated to a more appropriate living environment with some nice solid Atlanta fencing to keep him contained to live out the rest of his days.View original post.
