ALBUQUERQUE -- Albuquerque voters could decide on a proposed late-term abortion ban by November.
On Monday, the city council will vote on a resolution to put the ban on a ballot in November if there is a runoff election in the mayoral race. If not, the question would go to voters as part of a mail-in election.
City councilors say the idea is to save taxpayer money.
