An immigration reform rally was held at Civic Plaza on Saturday afternoon.
Faith leaders, families, unions and elected officials were all present at the gathering.
“It’s time to fix our broke immigration system to benefit our families and also to benefit the economy of this country,” said Executive Director of El Centro de Igualdad y Derechos Rachel Lazar.
Lazar says this was one of 180 events that went on in 40 states across the country.
